[职场话题] 大厂工作强度如何？欢迎大厂朋友分享一下

一直没进过大厂，早些年相对容易进一些，但是公司待着待遇不错而且强度不大，实在是没有跳槽的动力 9 月换了一份工作，来到卷都杭州，基本是 995 的工作时间，有时还小周，和之前节奏相比，强度至少翻倍，感觉很压抑。

和一个同时入职的新同事（大厂待过一两年）沟通，他感觉这个强度在大厂很正常，打破我对大厂的认知

有正在大厂或者待过大厂的朋友，分享一下自己团队的强度，让我对比一下
