[Chrome] Chrome 的 profile 重新登录问题

如果在关闭 Chrome 的最后一个窗口之后，又立刻马上打开一个新 Chrome 窗口，profile 似乎就会出问题？然后一堆错误提示，然后需要重新登录。如果等久一点再打开貌似就不会？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
