[问与答] Intel 是不是不打算彻底解决 13/14 代不稳定问题了？

Intel 最近在自己社区发了个帖子，表示确实发现了 eTVB 有个 bug ，但还不是造成 13/14 代不稳定的根本原因。至于这个根本原因，还在"调查中"

然后就是惯例又提了一次 Intel Baseline BIOS 的设置、对功耗的限制，而且还把范围从过往的 i7 、i9 扩展到了 i5 ，意思就是 i5 也有可能不稳定
