[宽带症候群] 对东南沿海某省墙中墙现象的简单测试和结果描述

背景：手上集齐了三大运营商的手机卡，归属地各有风骚；

时间：国庆；

范围：算上外出游玩以及在动车、高速上的测试，基本上是把阿拉省份的沿海地级市全部测了个遍；

结论：三大运营商，在全省沿海范围内，没区别（包括泉州站附近的 5G 网络）。不是白名单，但是是黑名单 pro+严重限速；

现象：很多小众的盗版视频网站、不出名的机场、工具类网站显示连接被阻断（在外省 ok ）。Gayhub 只有电信家宽上不去联通和移动家宽没问题。大部分时候网站即使能访问，丢包率也逆天高；
