[macOS] 如何将 Fn/Globe (🌐︎) 分配给自定义快捷键

打算将窗口填满屏幕的快捷键 🌐︎⌃F 改为 🌐︎⌃↩，因为在右手边的 ↩ 用起来会更快更方便些。

可是在设置系统的键盘自定义快捷键时， 带有 🌐︎ 的快捷键组合似乎都不被接受。

请问，如何将 Fn/Globe (🌐︎) 分配给自定义快捷键？系统的快捷键设置存在哪个 plist 里，好让人在那里直接修改呢？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
