目前 windows on arm64 貌似没有很好的 arm native 的能播放 HDR 、杜比视界的播放软件，win 默认的播放器没法加字幕。

现在看到好多论坛上都是用 potplayer 转译的，TMD 问题是这样子很费电的，高铁上就没法不插电看视频。
