请问下，如何将一些内容固定在 markdown 正文中，当作一种固定模板

本人环境: typora + hexo + butterfly

具体需求： 每次从 typora 码完的文件提交到 hexo 渲染，都有如下内容需要手动填写：

date:

updated:

tags:

categories:

keywords:

description:

top_img:

comments:

cover:

自己的思路，有朋友推荐用 html 的 include ，但是我觉得每次还是需要加一段代码，这个如何修改这个格式，直接将比如

  3. Adjust your preference.
