[Apple] iOS 18 快捷指令使设备震动失效，震动设置同步 Apple Watch，关闭震动 Apple Watch 也没震动了

在 iOS18 上这条指令是根据系统里触感反馈来的，如果设置为永不提供，这条指令就没法让设备震动，之前 iOS17 不会这样；（用操作按钮设置快捷指令静音后震动，升级后不震了😅）
还发现一个离谱的操作，设置触感了反馈为静音下提供，然后单独关闭提醒事项的触感反馈，结果 Apple Watch 升级到 watchOS11 后这个选项同步到 watch 里了，关闭触感反馈 watch 也不会震了，之前 watch 没升级也不会这样，好无语的逻辑。。。
