Zlibrary 作为重点被关照对象，经常被各国政府封锁域名，封锁原理是怎样的？如果你是运营者，你会如何突破封锁？

我看到国内一些网站（例如机场）是固定了地址导航的域名，不定期更换实际门户域名。这个方法可以绕过外国政府的封锁吗？

  3. Adjust your preference.
