[问与答] vaultwarden 自动同步失败丢失密码

一直用 vaultwarden 来管理密码，但是出现过好几次 rotate 密码并保存后，在插件提示新密码保存成功，但是过了很久发现这个网站的密码依然是旧的密码的情况。 （也就是更新的密码并没有同步到服务端）

不知道有没有 V 友遇到过这样的问题，如何避免这样的情况发生？ vaultwarden 是通过 websocket 来实现通知同步更新的吗？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
