[RSS] 送一枚 follow 邀请码， RSS 重度用户请举手

第一枚邀请码用来在 X 上换到了 V2EX 的激活码，于是有了这个账号。现在第二枚邀请码生成，送给有缘的朋友。 另外提一个问题希望大佬赐教，昨天想 rss 到 GitHub 上一个每周开源项目简报的页面，https://github.com/OpenGithubs/github-weekly-rank ，但始终不得其法，最接近的一次尝试，订阅到了该项目 README.md 这一层级，但只能在 follow 中看到这个文件更新的时间和 title ，看不到正文内容，请教 RSS 大佬，这种情况一般怎么制作源？五分钟后准时发邀请码
