[macOS] macOS15 那个本地网络权限要是不开，直接访问不了内网。。

真是麻了，更新了 macOS15 之后好多软件都弹窗要本地网络权限，习惯性的拒绝所有软件的权限请求，结果发现除了路由器管理后台以外的内网服务全都访问不了，甚至 ip 都 ping 不通，折腾半天无果，换了手机试了试又可以正常访问，这才想起来 macOS 里那个本地网络的事。。。 我还寻思关这个权限是单纯防止应用扫描内网设备，谁知道是直接把软件的内网访问 B 了，佛了。

Configure browser push notifications
