[Android] 突然两台电脑都无法上传库到 mavenCentral

使用插件 id "com.vanniktech.maven.publish.base" version "0.25.3" 在 Android studio 中一直能上传库到 mavenCeentral 的，今天突然全部报错

  3. Adjust your preference.
