[问与答] cpu 坏了，是主板的锅还是电源的锅？

cpu 13400

主板 精粤 b760m （返厂检测没问题）

电源 振华冰山金蝶 550w （短接电源 风扇能转）

其他配件如下：
机箱风扇 * 6
铠侠 rc20
东芝 p300 3t
蓝戟 a770

感觉 550w 电源应该是够的。但是主板返厂检测也没毛病。
有人说是扣具的问题，但是感觉应该不至于吧
