[问与答] 为什么菜鸟不让自己用手机 app 扫码出库，非得用前台的机器扫码出库？

取个包裹真麻烦，看见长队伍有时候直接走了，拿个自己包裹还跟偷一样。。。

出于安全性感觉说服力不强啊，明明货架都有监控摄像头覆盖，app 也有用户实名。
