[Linux] cloudcone 的 ip 是都被墙了嘛

刚刚买了一个 cloudcone 的 VPS ，发现 IP 访问不了，然后我又看了一下 cloudcone 的域名是在 GFW 里面的。

心理很慌，是不是有可能 cloudcone 所有的 IP 都用不了
