[职场话题] 大厂真就那么恶心吗？

最近在找工作，大厂都开始认真看以前的面评了？还是只是一个拒绝的借口？ 应该是三四年前左右，那时候在上家公司干的不爽，但是拿到其他公司的 offer 了，所以随便投递了大厂的，也没复习和准备就面了...； 结果最近腾讯和字节帮我内推的兄弟说看了之前的面评不太行，所以拒绝了（也可能有其他的原因，具体未知），可是上一次面试都得三四年前了... 所以直接给我判了死刑吗？还有没有其他方法可以曲线救国的？起码让我面一下
