[Windows] Win11 copilot 大陆地区不可用的问题，有比较简单的解决方法了吗？

（鉴于 win11 24H2 加入了很多 copilot 实现的功能，比较倾向于尝试一下。）

我的意思是，win11 copliot 是通过一个或者几个监护进程实现的吗？如果是的话，那只需要对这几个进程开启 VPN ，就免得开全局代理了。

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
