[Apple] M1 MBP 风扇不提速怎么办？

我在 M1 MBP 上玩欧卡 2 的时候一切正常，五十多度，风扇速度大概会提速到 4000 转

今天玩维多利亚 3 ，温度都到 80 度了，风扇还是不提速。这是啥原因？
