[宽带症候群] 江苏（苏州）电信越来越贵了，想携号转网联通

我这边是 500MB+60GB 流量，3 个手机号，ITV 那些有的没的就不说了，从 159 元升到了 179 元/月，感觉有点贵
看到 1 年之前的帖子，有老哥说可以去联通营业厅问问携号转网。
我想问下老哥们，
1. 联通的宽带质量咋样啊，翻墙连国外服务比起电信的话
2. 携号转网麻烦吗，看说要 120 天什么的
