[Apple] 求一个稳定安全搞定两步验证的方案

果子家现在什么都要 2FA ，支持的方式只有手机 SMS 。出于安全隐私等等方面考虑，不想用国内手机号做验证，一次性虚拟号肯定没法用了。

要求如下

安全稳定不跑路，套餐实惠，非国内卡虚拟实体都可，实体卡信号覆盖范围大，哪怕是在乡下都能用的那种，
