请问各位老哥

我亲自测试后发现我给别人打微信视频，上传下载流量的变化基本都是同步的，在 1.2m 到 3m 之间波动。

但是别人给我打微信视频，下载却在 1.2m 稳定，上传是 80 到 200 之间波动。

路由器下载流量在 1.2 稳定，上传在 30 到 90 之间，这干什么的可能性大啊。

还有为什么我给别人打和别人给我打视频的流量不同呢
