[NAS] 群晖内部 Docker 搭建 Transmission， tr 无法启动下载，疑似无法连接 tracker

种子的服务器部分信息如下：
状态 待机 信息 Could not connect to tracker 下载数 Unknown 吸血数 Unknown 种子数 Unknown 已连接 否

WebUI 端口、数据传输所需端口和协议都开放了，仍然无法连接 tracker

另外群晖是搭载 PVE 上面的，我在 PVE 上另外搭建了一个 Debian12 节点，里面通过 docker 部署了一个 qb 和一个 tr 都可以正常下载和做种，不清楚群晖里面的 tr 为啥连不上 tracker
