[Planet] 在 Opera 浏览器里使用 eth.sucks 网关来快速打开 IPNS 网址

Opera 浏览器里默认的 IPFS/IPNS 网关是很慢的 ipfs.io ，在设置里搜索 IPFS 然后改成 eth.sucks 就快多了。尤其是在访问 Planet 搭建的网站时，基本上可以秒开。
