[Apple] 遇到了一个很蛋疼的 app store 内购问题

苹果账号之前买过小火箭，准备把他重新下载回来却发现需要重新购买，在购买历史里可以看见之前买过，想到可能是账号更改地区的问题，联系苹果客服，让我联系开发者，我在小火箭官网 https://www.shadowrocketdownload.com/contact/
找到了邮件地址给他发邮件，都被屏蔽了，提示 以下为远程服务器的响应：554 5.7.1 : Relay access denied ，换了 outlook 尝试也是屏蔽了，苹果客服说让我再联系，我真不理解，我现在应该做什么呢
