[问与答] 牙周炎导致牙齿松动不知道怎么治疗比较好

下方右侧犬牙往后数第二颗
继去年洗完牙轻微松动，吃东西都不敢用右侧咀嚼，导致拍照发现两侧脸不对称很严重，尝试用右侧咀嚼，这下好了，松动更加严重了，似有掉出来的感觉，吃饭碰到就痛。

想去拔牙但是听说拔完以后还要种植才行，麻烦又昂贵

请问大家有没有好的建议
