需求：
·地址：最好离地铁口近一点，我上班在五号线江晖路附近，女朋友在科海路附近，如果离地铁口远见后续车位要求
·房间：整租，两人两猫能活动开，最好还有地方放我的电脑桌，所以面积 50 平左右感觉比较合适
·水电：最好是民水民电，现在是商电实在是太贵了
·车位：暂时无车，如果推荐的房源离地铁口远，会考虑买车，所以可能会租车位，视地铁口距离而定
预算：
4K/month(不带水电，带物业管理费)及以下
