微信接入了鸿蒙 NEXT 的推送通知服务，无后台也可以接收到消息。
但是目前支持的还不完整，只有文字正常推送，语音消息暂无。

不，我不是吹鸿蒙 NEXT ，我只想表达张小龙今日份没 X ！

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
