[服务器] 有没有与 itdog.cn 类似服务的 CLI 版本？

服务器 IP 几乎几天就会被 GFW 屏蔽，很是让人恼怒。
有没有一种服务，可以主动 CLI 检测某个 IP 是否被 GFW 屏蔽呢？想通过此工具主动检测，如果发现被屏蔽就自动运行换 IP 脚本并同步到 DNS 。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
