[健康] 又落枕了，身体越来越差了

昨天本来还是好好的，不知道怎得，洗完澡脖子突然就不对付了，稍微一动就疼。好歹之前落枕是睡觉的时候没睡对付，我能理解，这洗个澡都能落枕也是无语。。。。
