[Apple] 日区礼品卡被限制购买设备，充进余额能用吗？

前情：在日区官网买了两张礼品卡，有一张不小心充进 apple account 里面，然后买设备被砍单了，再次下单的时候显示余额无法使用。。。。找了好几次客服直接把余额里的钱退回到礼品卡，但是再次下单的时候显示礼品卡有问题🤨，再找客服咨询，说我两张礼品卡被限制购买设备，后续有发邮件或者打电话通知才能用。 今天发现能把 apple account 加进钱包里，那我把礼品卡充进账户余额后能在官网下单设备吗？还是只能跑去线下直营店使用？
