[问与答] 甲骨文 大阪机器 ssh，慢到想拔网线

之前注册的甲骨文大阪一直没开机器，今天开了一台普通机器

ping 还说的过去，200ms 左右，

但是 SSH 连上后，几乎没法用，敲个命令要等好几秒。。。 真想拔它网线重新插下，真无语，这是咋个情况？？
