[浏览器] chrome 129 在地址栏快速搜索的时候有概率触发

地址栏输 github 按 tab 快速搜索，随便输入关键词，回车（这个搜索应该是 chrome 通过 opensearch 识别的）
过差不多一分钟，打开历史记录，会出现好多 http 的历史，这些历史都是书签里的
实际上并没有访问那些 http
豆瓣电影，自己添加的搜索，并不会触发

  3. Adjust your preference.
