[Chrome] 清空了 cookie，网站仍然认为我在使用旧 IP 地址，怎么解决？

访问 A 网站，该网站限制特定国家 IP 访问。但是此时我的 chrome 浏览器已经显示了 A 网站拒绝访问的页面了，上面有我的 ip 地址。该地址确实属于被限制的国家！

我跳转 IP 到了一个 A 网站允许访问的国家 ip 。打开 iplocation.net 已经确认 ip 跳转成功。这时用 chrome 打开 A 网站，让然弹出禁止访问页面，上面显示的还是我的旧 IP 地址。可是这时候我已经跳转到新的 IP 了。进而我清空了 chrome 中该网站的 cookie 。但是问题依旧！

此时我用 edge 浏览器就已经可以顺利打开 A 网站了！！

请问，我应该如何设置 chrome 才能让 A 网站“忘记”我的旧 IP 地址。识别我当前正在使用的 ip 地址？
