最近有听一些需要思考的播客，其实听的时候也不能走神。比如浏览帖子或者开车时其实也没法听，一般就洗澡的时候 随便听一会儿。如果有专门的时间的话，可能获取信息的效率也不如阅读或视频

看到有很些听播客时长很长的人，时间都是从哪来的
