[iCloud] iCloud for Win 11 无论如何都无法登录

有没有人能告诉我这是为什么
之前用得好好的，突然无法登录

iCloud 在其它设备上包括 Mac ，iPad ，iPhone 等等都没有问题。
iCloud 在 win 11 在上个月没有任何问题。
已经试过在设备列表里删除 win 11 这台电脑。
已经试过在 win 11 里卸载重装 iCloud 应用。
已经试过重置 windows ，相当于重新安装。
坐标新加坡，iCloud 账号为马来西亚，不存在墙的问题。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
