[MacBook Pro] M3 MacBook Pro 在高刷（ProMotion）模式下切屏比 60Hz 要慢一秒左右

有人遇到这种情况吗？有时候还挺影响的，明明画面已经切过来了，却还要等待一秒的对齐时间，而低刷新率模式下是正常的。

切屏指的是四指触控板左右划动或者快捷键 Ctrl+左右切换

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
