[VPS] 刚买了一年的搬瓦工被封，换了 ip 又被封，免费送？

纯 vps 搭建小白，国庆的时候脑子一热买了一年，国庆回来发现被封了，花了 7 刀换了一个 ip ，刚搭好又被封了，麻了这是，对于这种要怎么处理？ 除了换 ip ，如果无法处理，是不是只能当传家宝免费送了？
