[macOS] 求助，关于 mac 外接硬盘无法挂载的问题

能读取到硬盘，点挂载没反应，在 base system 里 点挂载显示错误 49218 。

硬盘盒换过试了，系统也重装过了都不行。
插 iphone 上能识别，文件也能正常读取。
因为我现在没别的 mac 设备，硬盘格式是 apfs 的，所以也没法试在别的电脑能不能挂载。

如果修复不了的话有什么办法通过 iphone 把文件导出来吗
