TLDR：开始跟进 pdd ，顾客神化，只要投诉商家，商家申诉失败就会被罚钱

[为保障消费者体验，平台会对商家服务相关指标进行考核，如未达到服务标准，平台有权进行相应的不达标处罚，同时有权视情况对店铺采取警告、扣分、扣除保证金等处理措施]

ps：小 X 书电商 618 应该拉跨的不行，开始要“整治”商家，获得天使轮资金

不清楚其他电商是否限制顾客投诉商家频率，反正小 X 书不限制，只要有投诉工单，你就得写图文小作文申诉，同时直接影响评分+限流，另外反向投诉顾客恶意行为也找不到可选理由
