[问与答] 怎么让手机和电脑通过一根网线通讯

我想用手机传点资料给 PC ，但是由于公司电脑是内网，usb 全封口了。
wifi ，蓝牙都不能用。只有网口开放。
现有一个手机（安卓），一根网线，一个 typeC 网卡，一台电脑（ win ）。
怎么让手机和电脑通过网线通讯？
各位大佬想想办法。万分感谢

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
