[MacBook Pro] PDF 文件图标被 Mac 版网易有道翻译修改，无法恢复

网易有道翻译升级后强制关联 PDF 文件 /t/1051832 /t/1051617
PDF 的图标变成如下丑不拉几的图标

修改了 PDF 默认打开方式也没有恢复，使用 AppDelete 卸载也没有恢复，使用官方教程也无法恢复

之前安装 WPS 之后也出现该问题，但是卸载 WPS 之后即可恢复图标，可是这次卸载网易有道翻译也没有恢复，简直无语了

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
