[Electron] 有 Flutter 就行了为什么还需要 Electron，谁来纠正一下我的想法

我个人对 Electron 的了解不多，应该主要就是用来开发桌面应用的。但是 Flutter 就可以开发桌面应用，还可以一套代码同时适配多个平台，包括移动端，为什么还需要 Electron ，谁来纠正一下我的想法？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
