[Apple] 美区 app store gift card 的正确购买方式

招行 AE 全币种卡

2024 年 2 月 21 日，在 apple.com 美区成功购买 USD 10.00 gift card. 虽然挺慢

2024 年 6 月 24 日，同样的操作却卡住了，目前卡在 order at glance ，但是已经扣款了，显示交易成功

同样的卡，去 amazon.com 买，直接把我号停了，让我提供信用卡账单等资料，证明卡是我的之类

现在美区的 gift card 到底该咋买
