[问与答] 国内注册域名，会暴露个人信息吗？

想要整个博客，于是就在阿里云买了个域名，然后就想到，这个 ICP 备案信息是不是完全公开的，只要别人想就能通过域名查到我的姓名，电话，地址等等信息？
(虽然因为大学时注册那些 app ，现在已经几近裸奔，但还是不想进一步泄露
