[分享发现] OpenAI 宣布禁止中国大陆的开发者调用其 API

6 月 24 日晚，国内多名开发者收到了一封来自 Open AI 的警告信。在邮件中，Open AI 官宣，从 7 月 9 日起，将在不允许使用的地区限制调用其 API ，其中包含中国地区，这将会成为彻底脱钩的开始。

邮件中明确通知开发者们，自 2024 年 7 月 9 日起，OpenAI 将开始阻止来自非支持国家和地区的 API 流量。受影响组织若希望继续使用 OpenAI 的服务，必须在其支持的国家或地区内访问。
