[问与答] 有没有收集发布自然灾害地区的网站？

原因是 7 月准备 2 ～ 3 周自驾游，但是有几个目的地在新闻里报告为水灾（比如长沙，安徽黄山），但是个人去收集当地灾害的情况和范围比较困难。

如果有一个专门的网站和 APP 这样会比较方便我避开。
