[程序员] 国内卷不动了，想出海卷一卷，有哪些国家推荐？

各位大佬，国内太卷了，实在卷不动了，想出海看看，现在海外的情况怎么样了？

有哪些国家对程序员需求比较大的，待遇还可以的？

暂不考虑语言因素吧，反正都是要现学的，先做规划，到时再恶补一段时间的口语
