[职场话题] 老板安排重复无意义劳动逼我辞职怎么办？

现在项目经理给我安排一些非本职工作或非技术性工作给我怎么办？类似于在工作群里找一些文字、图片，然后复制整理到 word 文档里这种临时工作。

目前老板还没有跟我谈 N+1 相关的话题，就是安排的活很恶心人，看得出来逼我辞职！我又不是傻子。辞职是不可能主动辞职的，拿不到 N+1 我是不会走的。想要人家走，又舍不得给钱，只会玩恶心人的小伎俩👎
