[Apple] 外区 ID， icloud 图片有关域名被屏蔽

如题，日区 ID ，这一两周发现本地电信宽带下 imessage 无法发送图片、视频，且 iCloud 图库无法加载云端图片。
调试日志显示 edge-164.hkhkg2.icloud-content.com （其中的 164 可能是其他数字）被阻断。在 iOS 和 macOS 都有出现。已尝试过把设备国家改国内，但依旧如此。目前暂时是把 icloud-content.com 列入代理解决。
有遇到类似情况的朋友吗？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
